ABOUT US
We are the Candelero Group...
This is a family business, based in upstate NY, the name coming from a street from our childhood with many great memories. Our goal is to provide many great memories for people who can't afford their own home or just don't want to deal with maintenance. Everyone deserves a safe, clean place to live.
Our business model is to locate older houses and small buildings in disrepair and then to rehab and turn into places where people want to live. It isn't cheap and it isn't easy but the end result is worth the headaches.
