Camillus NY - 2 Family
This property wasn't in such bad shape when we picked it up. We did a big rehab of both kitchens and some work on infrastructure, utilities, and exterior and it came out very nicely.
Camillus NY - 3 Family
This property was/is a beast. Neglected for many, many years, we took it over from foreclosure and gutted units 1 and 2. Unit 3 was occupied so no work there yet. Unit 1 had been totally remodeled and is done while Unit 2 is still in a totally torn out state while we figure out the best floor plan.
